Manaaki Tāngata | Victim Support, National Contact Service (NCS) provides a nationwide 24-hour response service to victims of crime and traumatic events. We are looking for a permanent Support Navigator to join our NCS team, for 34 hours per week. This is a hybrid working position.

The role hours will be: Saturday 7 - 3.30pm, Sunday 12.30 - 9pm, Monday 9 - 5.30pm, and Tuesday 9pm - Wednesday 7am (overnight shift). This is a hybrid position, with some shifts worked from home.
Remuneration for the role is $54,400 per annum for 34 hours. (pro rata from the full time remuneration of $64,000). An additional weekly allowance of $50 is also provided for the overnight shift.
