At Manaaki Tāngata - Victim Support, our mission is clear: to strengthen the mana and well-being of individuals affected by crime, traumatic events, and suicide across Aotearoa New Zealand. About the Role | Mō te tūnga
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Dunedin, covering the greater Otago area with occasional remote support work for other regions. This is a full-time position on a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday roster. This role would carry a significant homicide caseload.
As a Support Worker, you will provide a front-line service through the ownership and management of support services to victims of crimes and traumatic events. You will be required to have excellent communication skills, good cultural competency and be able to work as a collective.

A qualification in social services or a related field is highly desirable, as is experience in delivering exceptional client support.
