We are now seeking a full time Family Harm Support Worker for our Counties Manukau area, based initially in Counties Manukau Police Station working across five days a week including some weekend work on occassion. This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2023.
As a Support Worker, you will provide a front-line service through the ownership and management of support services to victims of crimes and trauma. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as a member of a team. Knowledge of/ exposure to family harm cases would be an advantage. You will also be required to have excellent computer skills and able to effectively use multiple database system for case management.

You will be required to undergo pre-employment vetting by the NZ Police. Applicants for this position must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Annual Salary - $65,500.
