Manaaki Tāngata - Victim Support is a national organisation working to strengthen the mana and well-being of people affected by crime, trauma, and suicide in Aotearoa New Zealand. Working with us would mean being able to make a tangible difference in your community and in the lives of people who have experienced crime or trauma. Advocacy for the rights of victims will always be an essential part of our work with individuals, organisations, and government agencies.
About the role | Mō te tūnga
We are now seeking a passionate Support Worker based in the Counties Manukau East (Ormiston) police station. As a Support Worker, you will provide a front-line service through the ownership and management of support services to victims of crimes and traumatic situations. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as a member of a team.
